Chocolate Raspberry Muffins

(5 - 8 Muffins Depending on Size)


Preheat oven to 400°F.  Grease muffins pans or use paper baking cups.  Combine muffin mix, egg, milk and oil.  Fold in chocolate chips and nuts (optional).  Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.  Place 1 teaspoon of jam in center or each.  Bake 13 – 15 minutes.
