Chocolate Drop Cookies

1-1/2 cups "JIFFY" Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine topping, peanut butter, margarine or butter and egg. Add pancake & waffle mix. Fold in chocolate chips; mix well. Drop by tablespoon approximately 2” apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
