Baking a loaf of Zucchini Nut Bread is easier and more delicious than ever, with a little help from “JIFFY” Baking Mix. Seasoned with cinnamon and vanilla for a moist, flavorful loaf.
Yields: 1 Loaf
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9” x 5” loaf pan.
Combine baking mix, sugar, and cinnamon. Add remaining ingredients. Blend well.
Pour into pan. Bake 50 – 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove from pan immediately. Cool on wire rack before slicing.
