Made with rich cream cheese, Yummy Blueberry Muffins are so soft and delectable that you’ll always want an extra box or two of “JIFFY” Blueberry Muffin Mix in your pantry.
Yields: 12 – 15 Muffins
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease muffin pans or use paper baking cups.
Cut cream cheese into muffin mix. Add eggs, milk and vanilla. Blend well.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 15-18 minutes.
