Strawberry Nut Bread made with “JIFFY” Baking Mix, fresh strawberries, and walnuts is the perfect summer treat to serve with a fruit tray and side of lemonade.
Yields: Two Small Loaves or 1 Large Loaf
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a loaf pan.
Combine baking mix, sugar, sour cream, oil, egg, pudding mix and baking powder. Mix well. Fold in nuts and strawberries.
Pour into pan. Bake 55 – 60 minutes.
