Anything is possible when you have “JIFFY” Baking Mix! Even our deliciously Impossible Pumpkin Pie.
Yields: One 9″ or 10″ Pie
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9″ or 10″ pie pan.
Combine ingredients; beat until smooth. Pour into pan. Sprinkle with pecans (optional).
Bake 50 – 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
