Yields: 9 - 12 Servings
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8” square pan.
Stir ingredients together. Spread in pan.
Add topping (optional).
Bake 21 – 23 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
Combine dry ingredients. Cut in butter with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle on batter and bake as directed.
