Apple Streusel Coffee Cake made with “JIFFY” Apple Cinnamon Muffin Mix is a delicious way to top off any meal.
Yields: 9 - 12 Servings
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8” square pan.
Combine coffee cake ingredients. Spread into pan.
For topping, combine sugar, cinnamon and flour. Cut in margarine or butter until crumbly. Stir in nuts. Sprinkle half over batter.
Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining topping mixture on top.
Bake 5 – 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
