Apple Crisp made with “JIFFY” Baking Mix is an old-fashioned treat perfect for any beautiful fall day.
Yields: 9 - 12 Servings
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8” square pan.
Blend together baking mix, brown sugar, oats and butter until crumbly. Set aside.
Combine apples, sugar and cinnamon. Pour into pan. Sprinkle with crumbled mixture and lightly press on top of apples.
Bake 40 – 45 minutes or until apples are tender.
