“JIFFY” Flan Pan Delight made with “JIFFY” Golden Yellow Cake Mix.
Yields: 8 - 10 Servings
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a flan pan.
For cake, prepare as directed on package. Pour into pan. Bake 15 – 20 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes. Invert on serving plate and cool completely.
For topping, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and whipped topping until smooth. Spread over cake, reserving 1/4 of mixture.
Spoon pie filling over cream cheese mixture. Garnish with remaining cream cheese mixture. Chill 2 hours and refrigerate any leftovers.
