"JIFFY" Baking Mix

Baking Mix (40 oz.)

The perfect way to create endless treats and dishes.

Yields: 9 - 12 Servings

Directions

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8″ square pan.

  • Step 2

    Combine baking mix, sugar and coconut. Press half in bottom of pan.

  • Step 3

    Drizzle half of butter over coconut mixture and spread with pie filling.

  • Step 4

    Sprinkle remaining coconut mixture over top. Drizzle with remaining butter.

  • Step 5

    Bake 40 – 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
