Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies made with “JIFFY” Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix.
Yields: 30 - 36 Cookies
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine margarine or butter, sugars and peanut butter. Blend until creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla. Mix in pancake & waffle mix, oats and flour. Stir until smooth. Add chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoon on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 12 – 15 minutes. Do not over bake.
