Raspberry Cream Cheese Squares made with “JIFFY” Golden Yellow Cake Mix.
Yields: 24 - 30 Servings
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13” x 9” pan.
For crust, combine cake mix, margarine or butter and egg. Mix until smooth and spread into pan.
For filling, combine ingredients and beat until smooth. Spread over crust.
Drizzle jam over top. Bake 18 – 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool before cutting. Refrigerate leftovers.
