Air Fryer Jalapeño Corn Poppers made with “JIFFY” Corn Muffin Mix.
Yields: 16 – 19 Poppers
Preheat air fryer to 325°F.
For dipping sauce, combine ingredients with a whisk and set aside.
For poppers, stir together corn muffin mix, flour, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne powder in a medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Line crisper tray with parchment paper. Spray parchment paper with cooking oil. Using a small scoop or a tablespoon, drop dollops of batter onto parchment paper.
Cook 9 – 11 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with Cream Cheese Dipping Sauce.
