Chocolate Almond Coconut Bars made with “JIFFY” Fudge Brownie Mix.
Yields: 16 Bars
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8” square pan.
For crust, stir ingredients together. Spread batter into pan. Bake 15 – 18 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes.
For filling, combine coconut and sweetened condensed milk. Gently spread over hot crust. Sprinkle almonds on top of coconut filling. Bake an additional 12 – 15 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes.
For topping, combine chocolate chips and oil in a microwave safe bowl; heat in 30 second intervals in microwave until melted. Spread over warm bars. Chill for 1 hour or until chocolate is set.
