The Machine Maintenance Technician is responsible for operating and maintaining multiple machines. The Technician will be responsible for making adjustments (which includes HMI programing/settings), performing predictive and preventative maintenance on all equipment according to the machine design standards, as well as utilizing electronic maintenance systems for predictive and preventative maintenance tracking. Equipment includes mechanical packaging machines, robotic case packers, robotic bag fillers, pouch fillers, conveyors, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates must demonstrate the following qualifications.

• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude. Perform basic adjustments, cleaning and verification duties.
• Basic computer knowledge/skill to troubleshoot the packaging machines.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking for problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Ability to multi-task between several different packaging lines / machines.
• Experience maintaining and operating Automated machinery.
• Familiarity with Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) for basic machine operation and adjustments.
