Air Fryer Black Bean Fritters made with “JIFFY” Vegetarian Corn Muffin Mix.
Yields: 22 – 26 Fritters
Preheat air fryer to 325°F.
For Smoked Paprika Crema, combine ingredients with a whisk and set aside.
For fritters, stir together corn muffin mix, flour, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and chili powder in a medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Line crisper tray with parchment paper. Spray parchment paper with cooking oil. Using a small scoop or a tablespoon, drop dollops of batter onto parchment paper; flatten slightly.
Cook 10 – 13 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with Smoked Paprika Crema.
