You can fry it all with All Purpose Fry Batter made with “JIFFY” Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix or “JIFFY” Baking Mix.
Yields: 1¼ Cups
Preheat oil in deep fryer to 375°F.
Combine ingredients. Blend thoroughly.
Dip vegetables, meat, poultry or fish in batter, let excess drain.
Drop carefully into oil and fry until golden brown, turning once. Remove and drain on paper towel. If batter becomes thick, add water, a little at a time.
