Almond Crescent Cookies made with “JIFFY” Pie Crust Mix.
Yields: 30 Cookies
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Combine all ingredients except powdered sugar. Beat on low until just combined.
Roll into 1 inch balls, then roll into a small log. Shape into crescents. Place one inch apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10 – 15 minutes or until lightly browned around edges.
Cool 5 minutes. Coat with powdered sugar while still warm.
