Banana Nut Bread made with “JIFFY” Buttermilk Biscuit Mix is a family favorite that’s packed full of chopped nuts and bakes into a super moist, soft loaf.
Yields: 1 Loaf
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9” x 5” loaf pan.
Cream sugar and margarine or butter. Add remaining ingredients. Mix until blended.
Pour batter into pan. Bake 50 – 55 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from pan.
