Berry Berry Coffee Cake made with “JIFFY” Blueberry Muffin Mix.

This Recipe Uses:

Yields: 12 - 15 Servings

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 13” x 9” pan.
Step 2

Combine topping ingredients until crumbly. Set aside.
Step 3

For cake, combine muffin mix and pudding mix. Add eggs and milk. Blend well.
Step 4

Spread half of batter in pan. Spread pie filling over batter. Spread remaining batter over filling.
Step 5

Sprinkle topping over batter. Bake 40 – 45 minutes.
