Try our decadent Blueberry Parfait Cups made with “JIFFY” Blueberry Muffin Mix. This crumbed cake dessert is incredibly easy and super tasty!

This Recipe Uses:

Blueberry Muffin Mix

Blueberry flavors create a sweet muffin. Makes great pancakes and waffles.

Yields: Eight, 8 oz. Parfait Cups

Ingredients

  • Cake
  • Filling

Directions

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease an 8" square pan.

  • Step 2

    Combine cake ingredients. Pour into pan. Bake 15 – 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely.

  • Step 3

    For filling, combine pudding mix, milk and sour cream. Beat for 2 minutes on high. Refrigerate for 5 minutes or until set.

  • Step 4

    Coarsely crumble cake. Layer half in bottom of parfait cups or 8 oz. glasses. Spoon half of pudding, whipped topping and berries over crumble. Repeat layers.
