Bran Date Muffins made with “JIFFY” Baking Mix.
Yields: 10 - 12 Muffins
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease muffin pan or use paper baking cups.
Combine dry ingredients. Mix well with fork. Add dates and blend well.
In separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add to dry ingredients and stir until combined. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 15 – 19 minutes.
