Breakfast Muffins made with “JIFFY” Baking Mix.
Yields: 10 - 12 Muffins
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease muffin pan liberally.
Combine milk, egg, salt, pepper, and butter. Add Baking Mix and stir until just combined. Add sausage, cheese, and green onion, and gently stir.
Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 13 - 17 minutes. Muffins are fully baked when a toothpick comes out of the center with a few crumbs on it. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
