Breakfast Muffins made with “JIFFY” Baking Mix.
Yields: 10 - 12 Muffins
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease muffin pan liberally.
Combine milk, egg, salt, pepper, and butter. Add baking mix and stir until just combined. Add sausage, cheese, and green onion. Gently stir.
Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 13 - 17 minutes. Muffins are fully baked when a toothpick comes out of the center with a few crumbs on it. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
Reserve a small amount of cheese, sausage, and green onion and sprinkle over muffin batter before baking.
