Butter Pecan Cookies made with “JIFFY” Pie Crust Mix.
Yields: 3 dozen Cookies
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Beat pie crust mix, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a medium bowl. Add pecans. Blend well.
Roll into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 12 – 14 minutes.
Cool 5 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
