Cashew Cherry Cookies made with “JIFFY” Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix are the perfect addition to any cookie tray!
Yields: 60 - 72 Cookies
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cream butter with sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
Add pancake and waffle mix and flour. Mix until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Drop by tablespoon on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 11 – 14 minutes or until lightly browned.
