Chocolate Chip Cookies made with “JIFFY” Baking Mix.
Yields: 40 - 48 Cookies
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cream together margarine or butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla.
Blend in baking mix just until combined. Add chocolate chips.
Drop by spoonful on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 10 – 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
