Cinnamon Swirl Muffins made with “JIFFY” Baking Mix.
Yields: 12 Muffins
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a muffin pan or use paper baking cups.
Combine Cinnamon Swirl ingredients; set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine muffin ingredients. Stir well. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Gently fold in Cinnamon Swirl mixture.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 13 – 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in muffin comes out clean.
While muffins bake, combine glaze ingredients. Remove muffins from pan, drizzle glaze on top of muffins.
