With just a dollop of fresh orange marmalade and “JIFFY” Honey Corn Muffin Mix, Citrus Honey Corn Muffins can be enjoyed year-round. Enjoy them at breakfast, dessert or any time of day!
Yields: 6 - 8 Muffins
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a muffin pan or use paper baking cups.
Combine muffin mix, buttermilk or milk, egg and orange zest. Blend well. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake 13 - 17 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly.
Top each muffin with 2 teaspoons of orange marmalade.
