Yields: 9 - 12 Brownies
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8” square pan.
For brownies, combine ingredients. Bake 25 – 30 minutes. Let cool.
For frosting, beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Add remaining ingredients until combined. Spread on brownies.
For topping, in sauce pan combine ingredients. Stir on medium-low until melted. Cool slightly and drizzle over frosting.
