Coconut Macaroon Brownies made with “JIFFY” Fudge Brownie Mix.

Real cocoa bakes into a tempting fudge brownie.

Yields: 24 - 30 Brownies

Ingredients

  • Brownies
  • Topping
  • Glaze

Directions

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13” x 9” pan.

  • Step 2

    Combine brownie ingredients. Blend well. Spread into pan.

  • Step 3

    For topping, combine cream cheese, sugar and eggs. Beat until smooth. Stir in coconut and almonds. Spread over brownie batter.

  • Step 4

    Bake 43 – 45 minutes or until center is firm to the touch. Cool.

  • Step 5

    Combine glaze ingredients. Microwave on high for 1 minute stirring every 20 – 30 seconds. Drizzle over brownies. Cool and cut.
