Coffee Cake made with “JIFFY” Baking Mix.
Yields: 9 Servings
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8″ square pan.
For topping, combine baking mix, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly; add nuts. Set aside.
For cake, combine baking mix and sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Add milk and egg; mix just until combined.
Spread into pan. Sprinkle topping over batter. Bake 25 - 30 minutes. Serve warm.
