Corny Bean Dog Casserole made with “JIFFY” Corn Muffin Mix.
Yields: 4 - 6 Servings
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease an 11” x 7” pan.
Combine hot dogs and beans.
In skillet, melt margarine or butter. Add onions; sauté until tender. Add to bean mixture. Pour into pan.
Combine muffin mix, egg and milk. Spread over beans.
Bake 20 – 25 minutes.
