Real bananas bake into tasty, golden muffins.

Yields: 14 - 16 Mini Tarts

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a mini-muffin pan.

  • Step 2

    Blend together muffin mix, butter, and water.

  • Step 3

    Scoop dough into 1 inch balls. Press balls into mini muffin cups. Bake 12 - 15 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Cool. Remove from pan. Fill with preserves. Top with whipped topping.
