Gingerbread made with “JIFFY” Baking Mix.
Yields: 9 - 12 Servings
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8″ square pan.
Combine baking mix, pudding mix, spices and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and milk.
Add molasses and melted shortening; beat thoroughly.
Pour into pan. Bake 45 – 50 minutes.
