Real honey makes delicious corn muffins or cornbread.

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease an 8″ square pan.

  • Step 2

    Stir ingredients together. Batter will be slightly lumpy.

  • Step 3

    Pour batter into greased 8” square pan. Bake 16 – 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Vegan Ingredient Alternatives

  • Milk Substitutes:
    soy, almond or coconut milk

  • Egg Substitutes:
    3 Tbsp. aquafaba* (canned chickpea liquid) or 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
