Yields: 6 - 9 Servings
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease an 8″ square pan.
Stir ingredients together. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
Pour batter into greased 8” square pan. Bake 16 – 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Milk Substitutes:
soy, almond or coconut milk
Egg Substitutes:
3 Tbsp. aquafaba* (canned chickpea liquid) or
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
