Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease baking sheets or line with parchment paper.
For cookies, cream butter, cream cheese and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs; beat on medium for 1 minute.
In separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add to cream cheese mixture until just combined.
Drop by tablespoon onto baking sheets. Bake 12 - 15 minutes or until edges are slightly browned. Cool
For frosting (optional), combine ingredients. Spread onto cookies.
