Golden Yellow Cake Mix

Creates a delicious, flavorful cake.

Yields: 12 - 18 Cookies

  • Cookies
  • Filling

Directions

  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a baking sheet.

  • Step 2

    For batter, combine cake mix, pudding mix and cocoa until most lumps are gone.

  • Step 3

    Add eggs, milk and oil. Mix on low for 30 seconds.

  • Step 4

    Scrape bowl and mix an additional 1 minute on medium.

  • Step 5

    Drop 2 tablespoons of batter on baking sheet about 2″ apart. Bake 13 – 16 minutes.

  • Step 6

    Cool 2 minutes before removing from baking sheet. Place on cooling racks and cool completely.

  • Step 7

    For filling, combine ingredients. Beat until combined.

  • Step 8

    Spread evenly on flat side of half of pies. Top with remaining pies.
