“JIFFY” Pecan Cookies made with “JIFFY” Pie Crust Mix.
Yields: 25 - 30 Cookies
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking sheet.
Cream egg yolk, cream cheese and vanilla. Add pie crust mix and powdered sugar. Blend well.
Stir in pecans and chocolate chips (optional).
Roll into 2” balls and place on baking sheet. Bake 12 – 14 minutes.
