Yields: 20 – 24 Cookies
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking sheet, or line with parchment paper.
Stir all ingredients until just combined. Drop by tablespoon onto baking sheet.
Bake 10 – 12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Store in airtight container.
