Mint Brownies made with “JIFFY” Fudge Brownie Mix are a perfectly refreshing, after-dinner dessert! Your family will love them.
Yields: 12 – 16 Brownies
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9” square pan.
For brownies, stir ingredients together. Pour batter into pan. Bake 30 - 35 minutes. Cool completely.
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and milk. Blend well. Blend in food coloring (optional). Spread over brownies. Let stand 30 minutes for frosting to slightly harden.
In microwave-safe cup or bowl, melt 1 cup crème de menthe baking chips and butter by heating in 30 sec. intervals until almost melted. Remove and stir until completely melted. Pour over frosting and spread evenly. Sprinkle with remaining crème de menthe baking chips. Chill to set.
