Noodles made with “JIFFY” Pie Crust Mix.
Yields: 4 - 6 Servings
Combine pie crust mix and flour. Add eggs and water.
Knead to form a soft dough. Roll into a ball. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
On floured surface, roll out to 1/8” to 1/4” thickness. Cut into thin strips.
To cook, bring salted water to a boil. Drop in noodles and cook until tender, about 10 – 12 minutes.
