Oatmeal Cookies made with “JIFFY” Baking Mix are a delicious treat that will satisfy your sweet tooth.
Yields: 36 - 42 Cookies
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a baking sheet.
Cream margarine or butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well.
Blend in baking mix, cinnamon and oats. Mix well. Add nuts and raisins (optional).
Drop by tablespoon on baking sheet. Bake 10 – 12 minutes. Remove from baking sheet and place on cooling rack.
