Get together with your friends and share your favorite stories alongside a delicious brunch of Orange Cream Cheese Crepes made with “JIFFY” Baking Mix.
Yields: Twelve 7" Crepes
Preheat pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Skillet is ready when a few drops of water sizzle and disappear from surface. Grease pan.
Combine all ingredients in bowl. With wire whisk or fork, blend until all lumps are gone.
Pour 1/4 cup batter onto pan; immediately tilt and turn the pan so the batter spreads evenly in a thin circle. Cook until bottom is lightly browned, about 1 minute. Flip and cook an additional 30 – 45 seconds. Remove from pan.
For filling, combine ingredients. Blend until creamy. Spoon down center of crepe; roll up.
For sauce, combine ingredients in saucepan. Whisk together over medium heat. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 – 20 minutes. Drizzle over crepes.
