“JIFFY” Peanut Butter Cups made with “JIFFY” Pie Crust Mix are soft peanut butter cookies, wrapped around the chocolatey goodness of a peanut butter cup.
Yields: 24 - 26 Cups
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a mini muffin pan.
Combine pie crust mix, brown sugar, peanut butter, and egg. Blend well.
Roll into 1½ inch balls. Press into bottom of muffin cups. Bake 10 – 12 minutes.
Remove from oven and immediately place peanut butter cup in the center of each. Cool slightly before removing from pan.
