Take your corn muffins to the next level with Pepper Jack Bacon Corn Muffins, made with “JIFFY” Corn Muffin Mix.
Yields: 7 - 9 Muffins
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease muffin pan or use paper baking cups.
Prepare muffin mix as directed on package. Add bacon, onion and cheese. Stir to combine.
Bake 15 – 20 minutes.
Reserve some bacon and onion to garnish muffin tops before baking.
