Make a deliciously moist, tantalizingly rich and flavorful Pineapple Carrot Cake the easy way, with “JIFFY” Golden Yellow Cake Mix.
Yields: 6 - 9 Servings
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9” square pan.
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, nutmeg and cinnamon. Add eggs and oil. Mix on medium for 1 minute.
Add pineapple, carrots, pecans and coconut. Blend well.
Pour into pan. Bake 30 – 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool, and top as desired.
