Deliciously sweet and seasonal Pumpkin Bread made with “JIFFY” Baking Mix is the perfect addition to any dessert table this holiday season.
Yields: 1 Loaf
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9” x 5” loaf pan.
Combine oil, sugar and spice. Add eggs, pumpkin and baking mix. Blend well. Fold in nuts (optional).
Pour into pan. Bake 65 – 75 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Remove from pan immediately. Cool on rack before slicing.
