Fall in love with Autumn all over again. Bake up a warm, inviting batch of our new Pumpkin Streusel Honey Corn Muffins, made with “JIFFY” Honey Corn Muffin Mix.
Yields: 8 Muffins
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease muffin pan or use paper baking cups.
For topping, combine brown sugar, flour and pumpkin pie spice. Add butter and stir until crumbly. Set aside.
For muffins, combine muffin mix and pumpkin pie spice.
In separate bowl, combine milk, egg and pumpkin puree. Blend thoroughly. Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Top with streusel. Bake 14 - 17 minutes. Remove from pan and cool.
