Rhubarb Crumble made with “JIFFY” Golden Yellow Cake Mix.
Yields: 9 - 12 Servings
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease an 8” square pan.
Combine cake mix and margarine or butter until crumbly. Set aside.
Combine rhubarb, sugar and flour. Blend well.
Place in pan. Sprinkle crumb mixture over top. Bake 35 – 45 minutes.
Top with whipped topping (optional).
